How to Start a Halo Membership Plan

To activate your Halo Collar and begin using its features, you will need to start a Halo Membership Plan through your online account.

How to Start a Membership

1. Open halocollar.com.

2. Log in to your Halo Account.

   • Note: Click this icon for the option to log in

   • Note: Use the same login credentials as the Halo App.

3. Select the membership plan you would like to start.

4. Choose whether you would like to enroll in Halo Care or Halo Protection.

   • One of these options must be selected to continue to checkout.

5. Click the checkboxes to agree to the terms and conditions.

6. Enter your payment information to complete the purchase.

First-Time Setup

If this is your first time setting up your Halo Collar, return to the Halo App after completing your membership purchase to finish the collar setup process.
