How to Renew Your Pack Membership Plan
If your Halo Membership Plan is no longer active, you can renew it at any time through your online account.
How to Renew Your Plan
Go to halocollar.com.
Navigate to the My Account page.
Log in using the same email and password you use for the Halo App.
Check the Billing section on the left side to ensure you have a valid credit card on file.
If needed, click Edit to update your payment information.
Once your billing information is up to date, go to the My Plan section.
Select the membership plan you would like to start.
Why Your Plan May No Longer Be Active
There are several reasons why your membership may have ended:
The plan was canceled through the My Account page.
The plan was canceled after contacting Halo Support and requesting cancellation.

Recurring billing failed due to an issue with your payment method (for example, insufficient funds or an expired card).
If this occurs, you will receive five reminder emails over four weeks asking you to update your payment method before the plan is deactivated.
The plan was canceled because all collars on the account were returned.
Membership Plan Options
When renewing your plan, you can choose between:
Bronze Pack
Silver Pack
Gold Pack
Each plan offers different features depending on your needs and how you use your Halo Collar.
