The Dog Park can also be accessed from your Halo App.
To join the Dog Park via Halo App:
- Tap Settings
- Tap Live Support
- Allow any permissions requested

You can also submit a support email in the app by going to Settings > Feedback. Submitting a support ticket this way will automatically include an app log so the developers can look into any application issues that may be occurring if needed.
