The best way to access live customer support is to visit our virtual Dog Park via Zoom at dogpark.halocollar.com during open Dog Park hours, 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday and 10am-4pm EST Saturday and Sunday.
The Dog Park can also be accessed from your Halo App.
To join the Dog Park via Halo App:
- Tap Settings
- Tap Live Support
- Allow any permissions requested
Alternatively, our phone support line is also available at +1-214-712-2270, however, please be advised due to call volumes and COVID-19 restrictions, response times are currently unusually long. The best way for live support remains via the Dog Park.
You may also reach out through our Halo Help chat bot at support.halocollar.com, this AI driven system can provide step by step instructions to guide you just as our agents would.
