Adding or Removing Collars from Membership Plan
The number of collars listed in your Halo App should always match the number of collars included in your Halo Membership Plan. This ensures you are being billed correctly for the collars connected to your account.
If the numbers do not match, you may either be unable to add a new collar or paying for more collars than you are using.
How to Add a New Collar
Before adding a collar in the Halo App, you must first increase the number of collars included in your membership plan.
Step 1: Update Your Membership Plan
Go to the Halo Collar Website.
Log in to your Halo Account.
Navigate to your My Account dashboard.
Select Change Plan.

Increase the number of collars on your plan.
Select Agree & Pay to confirm the change.
When increasing the number of collars, you will be charged a prorated amount based on your current billing cycle.
Step 2: Add the Collar in the Halo App
After updating your plan, open the Halo App and follow the instructions to add your new collar.
How to Remove an Existing Collar
If you no longer use a collar, you should remove it from the Halo App and then update your membership plan.
Step 1: Remove the Collar in the Halo App
Open the Halo App and delete the collar from the list of pets.
Step 2: Update Your Membership Plan
Go to the Halo Collar Website
Log in to your Halo Account.
Navigate to the My Account dashboard.

Select Change Plan.
Decrease the number of collars on your plan.
Select Agree & Pay to confirm the update.
When reducing the number of collars, a prorated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
Important Reminders
You cannot add a collar in the Halo App unless your plan already includes that number of collars.
You cannot reduce the number of collars on your plan if more collars are still listed in your Halo App.
If you have collars listed in the app that you no longer have, remove them from the app first, then update your plan.
