Adding or Removing Collars from Membership Plan Follow
Every collar you see in your Halo App should match the number listed in your plan. This ensures that you are paying the correct amount for the collars included in your membership. If you see fewer collars linked to your plan, you might be overpaying. If you want to add an additional collar, your plan must reflect the total number of collars in your app.
Add a New Collar
- FIRST, go to the Halo Collar Website, log into your Halo Account and navigate to your My Account dashboard.
- Select "Change Plan"
- Increase the number of collars on your Plan and select Agree & Pay to save the change to your Plan. You will be charged a prorated amount to increase the number of collars on your Plan.

Remove an Existing Collar
- FIRST, use your Halo App to delete the collar from the list in the App. Follow this article for information on how to remove a collar using your Halo App.
- THEN, go to the Halo Collar Website, log into your Halo Account and navigate to your My Account dashboard.
- Select "Change Plan"
- Decrease the number of collars on your Plan and select Agree & Pay to update your plan. A prorated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
Remember
- Before you can add a new collar using your Halo App, you must have at least that many collars on your Plan. For example, if you have 1 collar on your Plan, you will not be able to add a 2nd collar to your Halo App - you must increase the number of collars on your Plan first.
- Before you can lower the quantity of collars on your Plan, you must not have more collars in your Halo App. For example, if you have 3 collars listed in your Halo App, you cannot reduce your Plan to fewer than 3 collars. If there is a collar listed in your Halo App that you no longer have, you need to delete it first using the Halo App. Then, you can reduce the number of collars on your Plan.
