How to Change Your Halo Collar Membership Plan

You can update your payment method or change your membership plan at any time through your Halo online account. Follow the steps below depending on what you would like to update.

How to Change the Credit Card on File

1. Open the Halo Collar website.

2. Log in to your Halo Account.

3. Locate the Billing section.

4. Click Edit.

5. Enter your new payment information.

6. Click Update to save your changes.

How to Change Your Membership Plan

1. Open the Halo Collar website.

2. Log in to your Halo Account.

3. Select Change Plan.

4. Review the available membership options.

5. Click the checkboxes to agree to the terms and conditions.

6. Select Change Plan under the membership option you would like to switch to.
