How to Cancel Your Halo Collar Membership Plan
If you no longer need your Halo Membership, you can cancel it anytime through your online account. Follow the steps below to complete the cancellation process.
Note: If you attempt to add a collar while your membership is paused or canceled, the collar may not be successfully added until the membership is resumed or reactivated.
How to Cancel
Visit the Halo Collar website and log in to your account.
Select Pause or Cancel Plan.
-
You will first see options to pause your membership.
If you would like to learn more about pausing instead of canceling, refer to the article about pausing your membership.
To continue with cancellation, select Click Here at the bottom of the menu.
You will be offered the option to connect with our team in the Dog Park for troubleshooting or assistance.
If you still wish to cancel, select Confirm Cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once the billing cycle ends, your Halo Collar will be deactivated and will no longer function until a membership plan is restored.
You can restore your plan at any time if you decide to resume service.
Restoring a Cancelled Plan
If you decide to restart your membership, you can restore it through your account.
Within 14 days of cancellation
Your collar will be reactivated with no reactivation fee.
After 14 days
A $50 reactivation fee will apply when restoring the plan.
Tip: If you plan to return within a few months, you may want to pause your membership for 1–9 months instead of canceling to avoid reactivation fees.
How to Restore Your Plan
Log in to your Halo account.
Select Restore Plan.
Verify your plan details.
Select Agree & Pay to start a new billing cycle.
