Accessing Your Halo Pack Membership Plan

You can view and manage your Halo Membership Plan at any time through your online Halo account.

How to Access Your Membership

1. Open halocollar.com.

2. Click My Account, then select Login.

3. Log in using the same email and password you use for the Halo App.

4. Once logged in, navigate to the My Account page.

5. Your current membership will appear under My Plan.

If you do not currently have an active membership plan, you will also have the option to select a plan from this page.

Available Halo Membership Plans

Halo offers three membership options so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs:

• Bronze Pack

• Silver Pack

• Gold Pack

Each plan includes different features and benefits designed to support your dog's safety, training, and tracking experience. For a full breakdown of what each plan includes, please refer to the article explaining Halo Membership Plan options.

You can access your Halo Membership Plan by logging into your account on halocollar.com and visiting the My Account page. From there, you can view your current plan, manage your membership, or select a new plan if one is not active.
