Halo Protection is a collar replacement program that comes included at no additional cost with all Halo Subscription Plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).

It provides a way to replace your Halo Collar at a reduced price if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or if you want to upgrade to a newer model.

The redemption price depends on your membership level:

• Bronze: $449

• Silver: $424

• Gold: $399

Halo Protection can be used for situations such as:

• Upgrading to a newer version of the Halo Collar

• Accidental damage, including wear and tear

• Loss or theft of your Halo Collar
