How to Cancel Halo Care

If you’d like to switch from Halo Care to Halo Protection, follow these steps:

Steps to Cancel

1. Log in to your Halo Account on the Halo Collar website.

2. Click “Change Plan” to access your Halo Membership options.

3. In the Halo Care coverage section, change your selection from Halo Care to Halo Protection.

4. Click “Update” to save your changes.

Your plan will switch to Halo Protection at the next billing cycle.

Important Notes

• You can always select “Change” to switch back to Halo Care.

• No additional charges will apply if you change your mind; Halo Care will simply remain active and renew as usual at the next billing cycle.

• Halo Care cannot be canceled within the first 60 days of enrollment.
