1. Log in to your Halo Account on the Halo Collar Website
2. To change your Halo Membership Plan, click Change Plan
3. Once you select Change Plan, locate the Halo Care coverage section.
4. Change your selection from Halo Care to Halo Protection.
   
5. Once you have selected Halo Protection, select Update
6. Your change to Halo Protection will be scheduled to take place at the next billing cycle.
7. You can always select "Change" if you change your mind and update your Plan back to include Halo Care protection.
   • You will not be charged if you change your mind. Instead, Halo Care will just remain active as if you never turned it off.  It will renew again at the next billing cycle.
