How to Purchase Replacement Collars using Halo Care or Halo Protection

To purchase a new Halo Collar Kit as a replacement for an existing collar using your Halo Care or Halo Protection coverage, follow the steps below:

Purchase a Replacement Collar

1. Sign in to your account at www.halocollar.com

2. Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and select:
   “Replace My Collar” → “Redeem Halo Care or Protection”

3. Select the collar you want to replace from the list.

4. Review the replacement collar kit price, which is based on:

   • Your current Halo Care or Halo Protection plan

   • Any applicable Membership Level discount

5. Click “Confirm” to proceed.

⚠️ Important

• Be sure to select the correct collar.

• The collar you choose will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reused.

If Your Collar Isn’t Listed

If your collar does not appear in the list (for example, if it hasn’t been added to your account yet), you can add it manually using:

• Serial Number

• Order Number

Complete Your Purchase

After confirming your selection, you’ll be directed to a special Collar Kit purchase screen where you can complete your replacement order.

Need More Than One Replacement?

If you would like to replace multiple collars, you will need to repeat this process for each one.
