How to Sign Up for Halo Care

Halo Care is an optional protection plan that provides extra coverage and benefits for your Halo Collar subscription. You can add it when signing up for a new plan or to an existing plan.

If You Are Signing Up for a Plan for the First Time

1. Log in to your Halo account

   • Visit the Halo website and log in with your account credentials.

2. Choose your collar quantity

   • Select the number of collars you will link to your account.

3. Select your plan level

   • Pick the plan that best fits your needs.

4. Choose Halo Care or Halo Protection

   • You must select one of these options to proceed to payment.

5. Complete your payment

   • Proceed through checkout to finalize your plan with Halo Care included.

If You Already Have an Existing Plan

1. Log in to your Halo account

   • Visit the Halo website and log in.

2. Modify your plan

   • Go to your account settings and select Modify Plan.

3. Add Halo Care

   • Choose Halo Care for the number of collars currently on your account.

   • Halo Care must be purchased for all collars on your account.

4. Payment Requirements

   • For annual plans, Halo Care is billed annually to match your existing plan.

Note: Adding Halo Care ensures that all collars under your account are covered and eligible for its benefits.
