How to Upgrade to a Halo Collar 5

We’re excited to offer you the latest in Halo technology! Follow the steps below to upgrade your current collar to the Halo Collar 5 using your Halo Care or Halo Protection plan.

Upgrade Your Collar

1. Log in to your Halo account on the Halo Collar Website.

2. From the left-hand menu, select “Redeem Halo Care or Protection.”

3. Choose the collar you’d like to replace from your list of devices.

4. Review the replacement collar kit price, which will reflect:

   • Your current Halo Care or Halo Protection plan

   • Any applicable membership discounts

5. Click “Confirm” to continue.

⚠️ Important

• Double-check your selection before confirming.

• The collar you choose to replace will be deactivated permanently and cannot be reused.

If Your Collar Isn’t Listed

You can manually add it by entering:

• Serial Number

• Order Number

Complete Your Upgrade

After confirming your selection, you’ll be taken to the Collar Kit purchase screen to finish placing your upgrade order.

Need to Upgrade Multiple Collars?

Repeat the same steps for each collar you’d like to replace.
