What is Halo Care?

Halo Care is a device replacement program that gives you peace of mind by allowing you to replace your eligible Halo Collar if it becomes damaged, lost, or stolen—or even if you simply want to upgrade to a newer model.

How Halo Care Works

With an active Halo Care plan, you can redeem a replacement collar at a reduced price, based on your membership level:

• Bronze: $199

• Silver: $179

• Gold: $149

Membership Details

• Cost: $9.99/month per collar

• Billing Options: Monthly or annual billing available

• Multi-Collar Support: Choose how many collars to cover

• Usage Limit: One replacement per collar, per year

Additional Savings

• Silver members: Save an extra $25 on replacements

• Gold members: Save an extra $50 on replacements

Enrollment Information

You can enroll your collar(s) in Halo Care at any time through the My Account page on halocollar.com.

Important Notes:

• You can redeem a replacement immediately after enrolling

• The plan cannot be canceled within the first 60 days

• If canceled after 60 days, any remaining time will be applied as a credit toward your next membership renewal
