Feedback Responsiveness Scores help you understand how effectively your dog responds to Warning Feedback. Scores range from 1 to 100, with 100 representing the best score.
These statistics are derived from collated data, giving you a comprehensive view of your pet’s safety habits. By analyzing these metrics, you can identify patterns, address potential concerns, and make informed decisions to improve your dog’s safety and well-being.
Important: This score is not a percentage, but a percentile ranking compared to other dogs using Halo Collars.
What Do These Scores Mean?

High Score:
Your dog consistently responds to Warning Feedback by turning around and returning to safety -
Low Score:
Your dog often ignores Warning Feedback and triggers Boundary or Emergency Feedback
What Might Cause a Low Score?
If your dog frequently ignores Warning Feedback, it may indicate one of the following:
- Your dog does not feel or notice the Warning Feedback
- Your dog notices the feedback but does not understand how to respond
If Your Dog Is Not Noticing the Feedback
- Ensure the collar is properly fitted:
- It should be snug, with contact tips touching the skin
- A loose collar may prevent your dog from feeling the feedback
- Check feedback settings:
- The intensity may be too low to get your dog’s attention
- Revisit the training module where you determined proper feedback levels
