What are Notifications and Where Can I View Them?
Notifications are alerts from your Halo App that keep you informed about your Halo Collar’s status.
You may receive notifications for events such as:
- Your pet receiving a correction
- Low battery levels
- Firmware updates
- GPS initialization
How to View Notifications
- Open the Halo App on your device
- Tap the Notifications tab (typically at the bottom of the screen)
- Unread notifications will appear with a blue dot
Tap a notification to view details and mark it as read
Managing Notifications
- To clear all notifications:
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
- Select Mark All as Read or Clear All
