What To Do If A Collar Diagnostic Issue Is Reported?
The Collar Diagnostic feature in the Halo App allows you to check for potential issues with your Halo Collar.
How to Access Collar Diagnostics
- Open the Halo App
- Go to Settings > My Collars
- Select the collar you wish to inspect
- Tap Collar Diagnostic
The Halo Collar will also periodically run diagnostic checks automatically.
What Happens If an Issue Is Detected
- If your collar is within the one-year warranty period, a warranty replacement request will be automatically initiated
- You will receive an email to confirm your shipping address
If Your Collar Is Out of Warranty
- If your collar is outside the one-year warranty window, or if you have questions about your options, please contact our support team using the How to Contact Customer Support article
