What To Do If A Collar Diagnostic Issue Is Reported? Follow
The Collar Diagnostic feature provides a convenient way to use the Halo App to check for any potential issues with your Halo Collar(s). To access diagnostics for your collar, please go to Settings > My Collars, select the collar you wish to inspect, and click on Collar Diagnostic. The Halo Collar will periodically run diagnostic checks on itself.
Should any issues be detected, and if your collar is still within the one-year warranty period, a warranty replacement request will be automatically initiated, and you will receive an email to confirm your shipping address.
