- Halo App shows an error/popup; Halo App crashes unexpectedly; or any other weird one-off issues with the app
Open your Halo Collar App, click Settings, then My Tickets.
Once on the My Tickets page, click the message icon in the bottom right corner. This will generate and attach a "Do-Not-Delete.zip" file that appears as a paper clip with a "1" next to it.
- Briefly explain why you are reaching out and sharing the app log. If you have a previous ticket open that relates to the issue then add the ticket number in the body of the message to us.
- Hit send and one of our customer service representatives will attach the app log ticket to the appropriate help ticket or may reach out for further information about the problem you are encountering.
