How to Send an App Log to Customer Service Follow

    Hello, I was told by "Dog Park" employee that I would receive a email that would direct me in the process of receiving a replacement collar.  One of my collars has quit working.  I was instructed that I would receive a replacement collar but I first had to reply to a email and follow the steps.  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A EMAIL AS OF 5-16-2023 at 7:03pm PST.  Thank you
