How to Send an App Log to Customer Service
If your Halo App shows an error or popup, crashes unexpectedly, or experiences any unusual one-off issues, we may need to collect App logs for further review.
Steps to Send App Diagnostics
- Open your Halo Collar App
- Tap Settings

Select Send App Diagnostics
What Happens Next
- After selecting Send App Diagnostics, an email will appear with a ZIP file attached

Send the email as is, and the file will be delivered directly to our support team for further assistance

Hello, I was told by "Dog Park" employee that I would receive a email that would direct me in the process of receiving a replacement collar. One of my collars has quit working. I was instructed that I would receive a replacement collar but I first had to reply to a email and follow the steps. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A EMAIL AS OF 5-16-2023 at 7:03pm PST. Thank you
