General Handling

Water Exposure

If your dog spends time in water, take extra care with the charging port.

• Ensure the charging flap is tightly sealed before water exposure
• Check the port after water exposure for moisture or debris
• If water or debris enters the charging port, it must be cleaned and fully dried before use

Cleaning the Charging Port

If moisture or debris enters the charging port:

• Use canned air to gently remove debris or moisture
• Do not insert tools or objects into the port
• Ensure the port is completely dry before charging
