Sometimes the contact tips on your Halo Collar may need replacement. Here’s how to address common situations:

Lost Contact Tips

• Ensure the tips were properly hand-tightened during installation
• If tips fell out despite correct installation, you will need replacement tips
• Replacement tips can be purchased from our Accessories Page
• For issues with purchase or installation, contact our support team

Broken Contact Tips

• Avoid using tools to install the tips; hand-tighten only
• If a tip breaks and the stem gets stuck, the collar may become unusable
• If breakage occurs despite proper installation, contact our support team for assistance
