How To Locate Your Collar's Serial Number
There are a few ways to locate your Halo Collar’s serial number. Follow the options below:
Option 1: Check the Collar
- Locate the white label on the back of the collar
This is found under the strap and beneath the QR code
Option 2: Check in the Halo App
- Open the Halo app
- Go to Settings
- Tap My Collars
- Select your collar
- The serial number will appear under the collar name
Option 3: Check the Product Box (Last Resort)
- Locate the serial number on the outside of the original packaging
⚠️ Note: This method is not recommended unless necessary. In some cases, the serial number on the box may not match the collar.
