Troubleshooting: Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi Access Point Follow
This error may occur due to a specific Wi-Fi router security setting. The Access Point (AP) may be configured to not allow the association with the collar.
Please Google "How to change security or MAC filtering settings" + the make and model of your Wi-Fi router. Follow the instructions to check your settings and ensure that your AP will accept a connection from your Halo Collar.
