Important: If your collar is on firmware 01.05.89 or older, please follow the steps outline in this article to update your firmware: Wired Firmware Update before connecting your collar to Wi-Fi.

1. Open your Halo App.
2. Go to the settings tab.
3. Select My Collars.
4. Once there, find your pets name and tap it to extend the settings menu.
   
5. When you press Wi-Fi, it will start to locate your network.
6. Wait for a list of wireless networks to appear on the screen.
7. Tap the name of the wireless network to which you want to connect your collar.
8. Enter the Wi-Fi password and then tap OK.

Your collar should automatically connect to your Wi-Fi network when it is within range and your network is on. Please note that the collar only connects to networks on the 2.4GHz channel.  If you do not see your network in the Wi-Fi networks list, make sure your network is on and that the 2.4GHz channel is enabled in your router.
