LTE Network Capabilities

• Halo 3 Model: This model is capable of connecting to a variety of cellular networks near you, offering greater flexibility.
• Halo 2+ and Older Models: These models are limited to connecting only with AT&T cellular towers.
• Built-in SIM: The Halo Collar comes equipped with its own SIM card, enabling cellular connectivity.

Ensure Your Collar is Activated:
Turn on your Halo collar.
Make sure it is properly set up and linked to your Halo Collar app.
Automatic LTE Connection:

• When your pet is out of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth range, the collar automatically switches to LTE.
• This feature ensures continuous live tracking updates in the Halo Collar app.
  Monitoring Connectivity:
• Open the Halo Collar app.
• In the app, you can view the pet card, which will show if the collar is connected via LTE.
