How to Connect My Collar to WiFi

Important: If your collar is running firmware 01.05.89 or older, update it first using the Wired Firmware Update article before connecting to WiFi.

Steps to Connect

1. Open the Halo App.

2. Go to the Settings tab.

3. Select My Collars.

4. Find your pet’s name and tap it to expand the settings menu.

5. Tap Wi-Fi to start locating available networks.

6. Wait for a list of networks to appear.

7. Tap the name of the network you want to connect to.

8. Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap OK.

Notes

• The collar will automatically connect to your selected Wi-Fi network when it is within range and the network is active.

• The Halo Collar only connects to 2.4 GHz networks. If your network does not appear, confirm your router has 2.4 GHz enabled.
