While the collar cannot be fully turned off, it does have a low-power mode that you can activate to help conserve battery life. This feature is particularly useful when you don’t have access to a charger or if you know you won't be using the collar for an extended period. However, it's important to note that using low-power mode is not recommended for everyday use, as it may affect the collar's performance. For optimal functionality, please ensure that your collar is charged daily to keep it operating at its best.

The Halo Collar will remain on until the battery runs out. When the collar is not in motion or in use, it automatically enters sleep mode. To check if your collar is powered on, press the power button for one second; the battery light will flash to indicate that the collar is active. Follow the steps below to put your Halo Collar into Low Power Mode:

To put the Halo Collar into Low Power Mode:

1. Plug the collar into its charger.
2. Hold down the power button until the collar vibrates and the battery light turns red for a few seconds.
3. Once the red light turns off, the collar is off.

If you can't connect the collar to a charger:

1. Place the collar upside down, with the charging port facing up.
2. Hold the power button until the collar vibrates, then release it.

To Turn the Halo Collar Back into Regural Power: 

1. Press the power button for 1 second (it can be on or off the charger). The LED lights on the collar should light up, indicating the collar is on.
