Can The Halo Collar Be Turned Off

The Halo Collar cannot be fully turned off, but it does have a low-power mode to help conserve battery life.

This feature is useful if you don’t have access to a charger or won’t be using the collar for an extended period. However, low-power mode is not recommended for everyday use, as it may affect performance.

For best results, keep your collar charged daily to ensure it operates properly.

The Halo Collar will remain on until the battery runs out. When the collar is not in motion or in use, it automatically enters sleep mode. To check if your collar is powered on, press the power button for one second; the battery light will flash to indicate that the collar is active. To put the Halo Collar into Low Power Mode:

• Plug the collar into its charger.
• Hold down the power button until the collar vibrates and the battery light turns red for a few seconds.
• Once the red light turns off, the collar is off.

If you can't connect the collar to a charger:

• Place the collar upside down, with the charging port facing up.
• Hold the power button until the collar vibrates, then release it.

To Turn the Halo Collar Back into Normal Power Mode:

• Press the power button for 1 second (it can be on or off the charger).
• The LED lights on the collar should light up, indicating the collar is on.
