Does My Family Have to Share the Same Login Information?
When you create an account in the Halo App and connect a collar to that account, only that specific account can be used to access that collar.
- If multiple people in your family need access to the collar, they must share the same login credentials
Additional Notes
- We strongly recommend that each individual accessing the Halo Collar through the app completes User Training before taking responsibility for a dog using the collar
