How to Recover My Forgotten Password

Resetting Your Password on the Halo Website

1. Visit the Halo Collar Website and select Log In
2. On the login page, select Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address and click Send Recovery Link
4. Check your email for the recovery link and open it
5. Create a new password

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Must include at least one:
  • Lowercase letter
  • Uppercase letter
  • Number
  • Special character

6. Click Submit
7. If your password meets the requirements, you will see a confirmation message
8. You can now log in using your new password

Resetting Your Password in the Halo App

1. Open the Halo App and tap Log In
2. Select Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address where you want to receive the recovery link
4. Create your new password and tap Submit
5. Log in using your newly created password
