How to Create an Account

1. On the Sign Up screen in the Halo Collar app, enter your email address and password

Email Requirements:

• Must include an “@” symbol and a “.” (e.g., “.com”)

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Must include at least one:
  • Lowercase letter
  • Uppercase letter
  • Number
  • Special character

2. (Optional) Tap the eye icon in the password field to display your password as you type
3. Tap the Sign Up button
4. On the next screen, tap I Agree to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

• If needed, tap Back to Sign Up to return to the previous screen

How to Edit Your Account

1. After logging into the app, tap Settings
2. Tap Account to access your account information
3. Tap Edit Account
4. Update your profile picture and/or display name

How to Delete Your Account

1. After logging into the app, tap Settings
2. Tap Account to access your account information
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm to permanently delete your account from the Halo system
