How to Confirm My Account Email Address

Halo needs to confirm your email address to complete the setup of your account.

Steps to Confirm Your Email

1. After agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, check your email inbox
2. Open the message containing the confirmation link
3. Tap the link in the email to confirm your account

Expired Link

• If too much time has passed, the link may expire and show an error
• Enter your email address to request a new confirmation link
• You can also tap the Resend confirmation button on the phone screen
