To log into the Halo App, ensure that you have it installed on your iOS or Android device. Once you open the app, you will be met with the Login screen. Enter your email address and password and select login.

If you have forgotten your password, you can tap the Forgot password link and follow the steps on the next screen.

1. If this is your first login, you’ll see a screen that prompts you to enter your name (see the How do I add profile information? section for instructions).
2. If you don’t yet have a Halo account, tap the Sign Up link.
3. If you previously created a Halo account, but can’t log in, it may be that your confirmation email link expired. Tap the Confirm your email link to resend the confirmation message.
