How to Log Into the Halo App

To log into the Halo App, ensure it is installed on your iOS or Android device.

Steps to Log In

1. Open the Halo App
2. On the login screen, enter your email address and password
3. Tap Log In

Forgot Your Password?

• Tap the Forgot Password link
• Follow the steps on the next screen to reset your password

First-Time Login

• If this is your first login, you will be prompted to enter your name
• Refer to the How do I add profile information? section for instructions

Don’t Have an Account?

• Tap the Sign Up link to create a new account

Having Trouble Logging In?

• If you previously created an account but can’t log in, your confirmation email link may have expired
• Tap the Confirm your email link to resend the confirmation message
