What are Pet Prevention Markers on My Map?

Prevention Pins show the locations where your dog received fence feedback from the Halo Collar. These markers help you understand where your dog approached or interacted with a fence boundary.

How Prevention Pins Appear

• Prevention Pins appear on the My Map screen as exclamation point icons.

• Each pin represents a location where the collar issued prevention feedback (such as Warning, Boundary, or Emergency feedback).

These markers give you a visual way to review where your dog may be testing or approaching the fence boundary.

• You can have up to 20 prevention pins visible at one time on the map.

• Once the limit is reached, the oldest marker will automatically be removed as new ones are added.
