How to Adjust the Number of Prevention Markers Showing on the My Map Tab

Prevention Pins show the locations where your dog received fence feedback from the Halo Collar. You can control how many of these recent markers appear on the My Map screen.

How to Adjust Prevention Pins

1. Open the Halo App.

2. Go to the My Map tab.

3. Tap the Map Settings icon (the image with three stacked squares).  

   

4. This will open the Map Settings menu. 

   

5. Locate “Show Latest Fence Preventions.”

6. Adjust the number of pins shown on the map or disable the feature entirely.

Important Note

At this time, it is not possible to completely erase existing prevention markers from the map. You can only adjust how many of the most recent markers are displayed.
