How to Edit Your Halo Account Email Address

Follow these steps to update the email associated with your Halo Account:

Steps to Update Your Email

1. Log in to the Halo App using your current credentials
2. Select Settings at the bottom of the app, then tap My Account
3. Click the Pencil Icon next to your username and email address
4. Press Change next to your current email address
5. Enter your new email address and press Change Email
6. A 6-digit code will be sent to your new email to verify it
7. Enter the code to complete the update
8. Your new email will now be required for all future access to the Halo App and My Account page at halocollar.com
