How to Link a Collar to my Account Dashboard
If you’ve received a Halo Collar kit but haven’t yet linked it to your account, connecting the collar to your dashboard is necessary for:
- Returns or replacements
- Warranty or Protection Plan requests (Halo Care or Halo Protection)
- Troubleshooting issues with the Halo App
Steps to Link Your Collar
- Go to the Halo Collar Website
- Log in to your Halo Account and navigate to My Account Details
- Select “Link a Collar to your account”
- Enter your order number and collar serial number in the pop-up window
- The serial number is located on the outside of the Halo Collar box or on the device itself
- The order number is in your order confirmation email
- ⚠️ Note: Orders from separate retailers may have different order numbers. If the retailer’s number isn’t found, contact Halo Customer Support in the Halo Dog Park
- Press “Link Collar”
- To refresh your account, click “Refresh Collars / Account” on the left-hand side of your dashboard under Returns and Replacements
Important Notes
- Allow ~90 seconds for changes to take effect
- Refresh your web browser if the collar does not display correctly
- The collar cannot be linked to multiple accounts
