How to Link a Collar to my Account Dashboard Follow
If you’ve received a Halo Collar kit but haven’t yet linked it to your account, you may need to connect the collar to your dashboard for various reasons. This includes situations where you plan to return the collar, encountered issues linking it through the Halo App, or need to replace it under warranty or a protection plan such as Halo Care or Halo Protection.
- Go to the Halo Collar Website
- Log in to your Halo Account and navigate to your My Account Details.
- Select "Link a Collar to your account"
- Then a Pop-Up will appear where you will need to enter your order number and collar serial number.
- To prove that you own the collar, you must enter the serial number, which is located on the outside of the Halo Collar box or on the device itself. You can find the order number in your order confirmation email.
- NOTE: For orders purchased through separate retailers, your Halo order number may not match the retailer's order number. If you try the retailer's order number, and it is not found, contact Halo Customer Support in the Halo Dog Park for assistance.
- Press "Link Collar".
- To refresh your account, you can select the "Refresh Collars / Account" button on the left-hand side of your dashboard under Returns and Replacements.
Please Note:
- Please allow approximately 90 seconds for any changes to take effect. If you do not see the updates, you may also try refreshing your web browser page to ensure the collar is displayed correctly.
- The collar you are attempting to link to the account must not be linked to another user.
