Before you can lower the quantity of collars on your Plan, you must not have more collars in your Halo App.  For example, if you have 3 collars listed in your Halo App, you cannot reduce your Plan to fewer than 3 collars.  If there is a collar listed in your Halo App that you no longer have, you need to delete it first using the Halo App.  Then, you can reduce the number of collars on your Plan.

• If there is an attempt to lower the number of collars on your plan before removing them from the Halo App first, you will be met with this message:
