How Do I Remove or Transfer My Collar to Someone Else?

If you are selling, gifting, or giving your Halo Collar to another person, you must remove it from your account before the new user can register it.

⚠️ Note: Collars that have been deactivated due to warranties or exchanged for a newer model cannot be transferred.

Steps to Remove a Collar

1. Open your Halo App and tap Settings in the bottom right corner
2. Tap My Collars, then select the collar you want to remove
3. Expand the collar’s card and tap Delete Collar at the bottom
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
5. The collar is now removed from your account and eligible to be linked by another user
6. The new user can add the collar to their account if they have a Halo membership plan
