How Do I Edit My Billing Information?
Procedure
- Go to www.halocollar.com
- Hover over the person icon
and select Log In
- Enter your email and password to access your account
- Once logged in, you will be directed to your main dashboard
- On the left-hand side, select Billing

In the billing section, you can view your active payment method or select edit to update your payment information.
⚠️ Note: Payment information can only be managed on the website portal, not the app.
