Procedure

Firstly, it is important to note that payment information can only be managed on the website portal.

1. Go to www.halocollar.com
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the small person icon and select "Log in".
3. Once you are at the login page, enter your email and password to access your account.
4. When you are logged into your account, you will be taken to the main dashboard page.
5. On the left-hand side, you will see the word "Billing".
   
6. In the billing section, you can view your active payment method or select edit to update your payment information.
