Payment Issues on My Account
Keeping your payment information up to date is essential to ensure your Halo Membership Plan and collars remain active. If your payment method is invalid or expired, you may see a warning message in your account.
How to Update Your Billing Information
Log in to your account on the Halo Collar Website.
Navigate to Account Details.
Click Edit.
Update your credit card payment information.
Once all required fields are filled, click Update to pay any balance due.
After a successful payment (valid, non-expired card), the warning message will disappear.
Important: If failed payments are not resolved after several weeks and multiple reminders (4–5 emails), your plan will be cancelled. You will also see a warning on your My Account page about an outstanding balance.
Restoring a Plan Cancelled for Non-Payment
Near the Plan Cancellation notice, check your current payment method.
Click Edit.
Update your credit card information.
Click Update to pay any outstanding balance.
Once payment is successful and the warning is gone, select Restore Plan to restart your Halo Membership Plan.
Summary
Updating your billing information promptly keeps your Halo Membership and collars active. Failed payments may lead to plan cancellation, but once your payment is corrected, you can restore your plan and resume service immediately.
