My Pet Card Data Isn’t Up-To-Date Follow
When you look at the "Updated as of..." section of your Pet Card, the information hasn't been updated in several minutes or more, please follow these steps:

Ensure your Halo Collar has sufficient battery power. If the battery is critically low or the collar has shut off, it cannot send updates to your phone.

Confirm that you are in an area with cellular or WiFi service. The collar needs a connection to transmit data.

Understand that the Halo Collar uses WiFi, Bluetooth, or LTE cellular to send updates. The collar will automatically choose the most efficient path to transmit data to your phone.

Ensure your phone is connected to the Halo Collar via Bluetooth, or that it has an active connection to the Halo System via WiFi or cellular data. Your phone needs these connections to receive updates.
