My Halo App Won’t Download From the Google Play Store

If you’re having trouble downloading the Halo App from the Google Play Store, the issue is typically related to the Play Store itself—not the Halo App.

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are connected to a strong and reliable Wi-Fi network
• Weak or unstable connections can interrupt downloads

Steps to Fix Google Play Store Issues

1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap Apps & Notifications
3. Select Google Play Store
   • If you don’t see it, tap See all apps or App info
4. Tap More (three dots in the top corner)
5. Select Uninstall updates
6. Confirm by tapping OK when prompted

Try Downloading Again

• Open the Google Play Store
• Search for the Halo App
• Attempt the download again

You should now be able to successfully install the app.
