Why Am I Not Receiving App Notifications?
If you’re not receiving notifications from the Halo App, there are a few common settings that may be preventing them from coming through.
Check Device Settings
Do Not Disturb & Airplane Mode
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off
- Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off
These settings can block all notifications from reaching your phone.
Check Notification Settings
- Ensure notifications are enabled for the Halo App

Check App Permissions
- Confirm the Halo App has permission to:
- Send notifications
- Run properly in the background

Check Battery Optimization (Android Only)
- Some Android devices limit background activity to save battery
- This can prevent notifications from being delivered
- Disable battery optimization for the Halo App
- Refer to your Android help resources for steps
Check App Version
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the Halo App
- Outdated versions may cause notification issues
