Every Halo Collar comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the activation date, provided it was purchased from halocollar.com or an authorized reseller.
⚠️ Important: Damage caused by your dog or mishandling is not covered under warranty.
How Warranty Replacements Work
Proactive Replacements
- Halo may automatically detect an issue with your collar
- Our Quality Assurance Team will contact you via your Halo App
- You’ll receive a link via email to confirm your shipping address before the replacement is sent
Manual Requests
If you suspect a malfunction and haven’t been notified:
- Go to the Halo Dog Park and contact our support team
- Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you
- If a replacement is needed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation link to complete the process

Need Coverage After 12 Months?
All Pack Memberships include the Halo Protection Plan, which allows you to:
- Purchase a replacement at a discounted price even after your warranty expires
- Receive additional savings if enrolled in Halo Care

- Warranty claims may take 7- 10 business days to process after submission
