Every Halo Collar is backed by a 12-month warranty, starting from the shipment date, as long as it's purchased from halocollar.com or an authorized reseller.

How Warranty Replacements Work
Proactive Replacements
- In most cases, if a warranty replacement is needed, Halo automatically detects the issue, and our Quality Assurance Team will contact you via your Halo App.
- You’ll receive a link to confirm your shipping address before we send your replacement collar. This link will be sent to the email used for your Halo Account.
Manual Requests
If you believe your collar is malfunctioning and you haven’t been notified, you can still reach out:

Head to the Halo Dog Park and contact our support team.

Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you.

If a replacement is needed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation link to complete the process.
