What Is the Difference Between a Replacement and a Return? Follow
A Halo Collar is replaced when you request a warranty replacement, and you are supplied with a "like-new" Halo Collar in a similar condition to your original collar. We will provide a replacement under the Warranty if the collar malfunctions due to defective parts or workmanship. Our Warranty Policy gives you one year of coverage.

A Halo Collar is returned when your Halo Collar is still eligible for a return for a refund under our 90-day Return Policy, and you have determined that the product is not right for you or your dog. When a customer returns the Halo Collar within the 90-day return window, a refund is issued less a $25 shipping and handling fee. For more information on returns, please see our Return Policy.
Please note that Halo only accepts returns for orders placed on the Halo Collar website. Collars purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.
