A replacement occurs when you request a warranty replacement.
- You receive a “like-new” Halo Collar similar to your original
- Provided under the 12-month Warranty if the collar malfunctions due to defective parts or workmanship

Return
A return happens when you are eligible for a refund under the 90-day Return Policy.
- Used if the product is not right for you or your dog
- Refund is issued minus a $25 shipping & handling fee
- Only collars purchased on halocollar.com are eligible
- Returns from other retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy
