1. What methods of payment do you accept?

Network branded cards, including prepaid and reloadable cards, cannot be accepted as forms of payment. At this time, we cannot accept CODs, checks or money orders for online purchases.
2. What security measures do you use for credit card payments?
Every step of the Halo Collar online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. We use Stripe payments for order processing. 3. How do I change or cancel an order?
Due to COVID restrictions with our supplier impacting the length of time between order placement and fulfillment, if you wish to cancel your order or make a change to it, please contact our Customer Service team and they will verify the status of your order and determine how we can best accommodate your request.
Go to our billing dashboard to access your order information and send our support team a message about changes to your order. For more information on our returns, please check our return policy.
4. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Due to COVID restrictions with our supplier impacting the length of time between order placement and fulfillment, if you wish to cancel your order or make a change to it, please contact our Customer Service team and they will verify the status of your order and determine how we can best accommodate your request.
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. If you have questions about your order, please go to our billing dashboard. The order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order leaves our facilities. Your Halo Collar will typically ship 1-2 weeks after your order is placed - however, it will often ship within a few days.
5. How do I track my order / shipment / delivery?
You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our facilities. This email will include a delivery tracking number. Please note that if you ordered multiple collars, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive an email for each package shipped to you.
6. Is there a sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged to orders in some states. Tax will be calculated at the time of check out and will be included in your order summary.
7. Where can I view my order status and order history?
To contact us about your order, please visit our billing dashboard and enter the email address used and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order. Once you have done this and your email address is confirmed, you will receive an email allowing you to log-in and view your order information and/or submit a request for further information.
