Does Halo Package Delivery Require a Signature?

All packages shipped from our overseas warehouse require a signature upon delivery when shipped via FedEx.

This signature can be provided by anyone at the delivery location, including a neighbor.

If Delivery Is Attempted

• If the driver cannot safely deliver the package, they will leave a door tag with next steps
• You will also receive an email notification about the missed delivery

If you do not follow the instructions provided by FedEx, the package may be returned to our facility.

What to Do if Your Package Is Returned to Sender

If your package is returned, please contact our Customer Support Team to let us know how you’d like to proceed:

• Place the order again
• Request a refund

To contact support:

• Enter the Virtual Halo Dog Park, or
• Go through the Halo App: Settings → Halo Dog Park

Once inside:

1. Click Halo Store
2. Select Order Status
3. Connect with a Halo order specialist for assistance
