Can I Cancel or Change My Order Before It Ships?
If you purchased your Halo Collar directly from Halo, you may be eligible to cancel your order before it has been sent to our distribution center for processing.
Please Note
- Orders are submitted for processing as they are received throughout the day
- Once an order has been sent to the distribution center, no changes or cancellations can be made
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed
How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it is still in “Received” status.
To begin:
- Open your order confirmation email
- Click “Check Your Order Status” to access the Order Status Dashboard
- Select “Manage Order”
- If your order is still marked as “Received”, click the option to cancel
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your cancellation
Once confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
