Can I Cancel or Change My Order Before It Ships? Follow
If you purchased your Halo Collar directly from Halo, you may be eligible to cancel or modify your order before it has been sent to our distribution center for processing.
Please Note:
- Orders are submitted for processing as they are received throughout the day. Once an order has been sent to our distribution center, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
How to Cancel an Order
- To request a cancellation or change, please contact our support team at dogpark.halocollar.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will be able to assist you with your request.
- Once confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
