When Will I Receive My Collar?
The shipping time for your Halo Collar will be displayed when you select a color and size for your order in the Halo Shop.
- Typical shipping timeframe: 7–10 days after placing your order
- Shipping times may vary depending on the collar's color
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- A shipping notification email once your collar has shipped
If you do not receive a shipping notification, you can check your order status anytime via the Order Status Dashboard.
