How do I track my order/shipment/delivery?

Your shipment confirmation email will include a tracking number.

Please note:

• If you ordered multiple collars, items may arrive in separate packages
• You will receive a separate email for each shipment

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facilities.

When will my package ship?

• Estimated shipping times are shown when selecting a color on the Shop Page
• Your shipping confirmation email will also include an estimated delivery timeframe
• You will receive an email the day your order ships

Is there a shipping & handling fee?

• $19.99 for Halo Collar kits
• $9.99 for accessory-only orders

Can Halo Collar ship internationally?

Halo Collar currently ships to:

• All 50 U.S. states
• Most Canadian provinces (excluding Quebec and Yukon)
